Melt-In-Your-Mouth Delight With Gré des Champs

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Le Gré des Champs cheese
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) butter, softened
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) parsley, finely chopped
  • Bread chosen: Sliced muesli bread

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix the butter and parsley together.

Place the cheese on a slice of muesli bread. Cover the sandwich with the other slice of muesli bread. Butter the outer surfaces of the sandwich with the parsley butter and grill in a sandwich press or in a frying pan until both sides are golden.
