In a small bowl, mix the butter and parsley together.
Place the cheese on a slice of muesli bread. Cover the sandwich with the other slice of muesli bread. Butter the outer surfaces of the sandwich with the parsley butter and grill in a sandwich press or in a frying pan until both sides are golden.
