100% Pure Satisfaction With Fromage Suisse Lemaire
Ingredients
- 4 slices Fromage Suisse Lemaire
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) old-style honey and thyme mustard, home-made
- 4 ham slices
- 2 slices of red tomato
- A couple of spinach leaves
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Bread chosen: Russian bread or pumpernickel
Preparation
Spread two slices of bread with mustard. Top one slice with the ham, tomato, cheese and spinach leaves. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Cover with the second bread slice.
Old-style honey and thyme mustard
Ingredients
- 45 ml (3 tbsp.) old-style mustard
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) honey
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) fresh thyme, chopped
Preparation
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together. Set aside.
Suggestion
Try this recipe with : Raclette Oka or Le Saint-Fidèle Old Swiss Cheese.
