Soft, washed-rind cheese produced in the pure tradition of Mont D'Or du Juras, with a spruce strapping. Crumbly crust ranges from golden yellow to light brown. The interior is white, soft, creamy and somewhat moist. Light aroma of fermentation with a delicate and creamy taste. Available at specialty grocery stores and cheese shops, and in most supermarkets.
