Semi-soft, interior-ripened cheese with a rind covered by a thin orange layer. It has a mild and subtle aroma of cream or milk with a mild flavour of herbal cream. It is also available in a lighter version (10% M.F., moisture 58%). Available from the cheese maker and most supermarkets.
