A soft cheese with a bloomy rind made from pasteurized milk using traditional French methods. From the start, the cheese maker gave this Camembert the name Le Connaisseur because it features a sharper taste and texture that appeal to connoisseurs. Its mild aroma of cream and milk along with its slightly salty and herbal flavour and its rich rind provide palate pleasing character. Available from the cheese maker and most supermarkets.
