This is a soft artisanal camembert-type cheese with a bloomy rind. Ripened for at least 14 days, its interior is flexible and homogeneous. Its pronounced taste of farm cream and butter reveals delicate scents of fresh mushrooms.
The Inspiré’s packaging can be recognized by the angel in the sky watching over a milk producer’s pasture.
This cheese is available from the cheese maker, at specialty grocery stores and cheese shops, and most supermarkets.
