GOUDA St-Laurent
Fromagerie Saint-Laurent
Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean
Made from pasteurized milk, this is a firm, uncooked pressed cheese under red wax. It features a delicate aroma and the taste of cream, almond and hazelnut. This cheese truly from Quebec is inspired by a Dutch recipe.
Master cheese makers in the St-Laurent family have been passing their trade down from father to son for four generations in order to provide you with the very best products. The Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean is home to numerous dairy farmers who provide milk of exceptional quality. Thanks to their know-how, the St-Laurent family have been a mainstay of the region since 1930.
The GOUDA St-Laurent is available from the cheese maker, as well as in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, Chibougamau, Chapais and Côte-Nord regions.
