Firm, rindless, cream-coloured cheese made with pasteurized milk. It has a supple texture with a butter aroma and a hazelnut flavour. Same-day fresh (mild). Available from the cheese maker, in the deli aisle of the majority of supermarkets, in convenience stores, and in other grocery stores located throughout the Eastern Townships, Chaudière-Appalaches, Montérégie and Central Quebec regions.
